Finding tenants

We manage all aspects from marketing the property, to carrying out viewings, assisting with tenant selection, as well as the administration of credit checks and contract finalisation/renewal.

Repairs & Tenant Queries

Our dedicated team coordinates prompt repairs, keeping your property in excellent condition. We ensure a response to all tenant queries within 24 hours.

Financial Reporting

We provide a summary of income & costs to help you keep on top of your property and support with any tax implications.

Legal Compliance

We manage all compliance requirements from the deposit protection registration as well as any disputes on end of tenancy, to gas and electricity certification compliance, as well as notification to local authorities of a change in tenant for council tax purposes.

How are we different?

Competitive Pricing

Having experienced high add-on fees from larger agencies for years, which were clearly poor value for money for the level of service offered (e.g. extra charges for meeting contractors at the property, gathering quotes, monthly reporting etc), we provide a faster and more reliable quality of service without the price tag. Our all-inclusive flat fee of just 10% of the rental fee (no let, no fee) is possible as we have no high street presence, don’t need to charge VAT and we rely on referrals rather than paid advertising.

Personalised Service

Unlike larger agencies, we offer a personalised approach to property management. We are not seeking to be a retail name on the high street, but to ensure each of our London properties receives the highest standard of management from our dedicated team.
